Throughout any given week, I strive to share indescribable, truthful, beautiful, redemptive, comforting new things on my Twitter and Facebook. At the end of the week, I condense the very best of Internetdom into a WOW-tastic blog post I call The Weekend WOW. And what a wonderful WOW-tastic week on the World Wide Web it was.
+ WOW what an indescribable reunion: The Full House “dads” comforting a restless, sleep-torn Jimmy Fallon on Late Night. The heartwarming music, the “Wake Up San Francisco!,” the Mr. Woodchuck — my dreams are forever fulfilled.
+ WOW what a truthful tweet: Donald Miller says what we’re all sadly confessing.
Just saw the movie “Her”. My relationship with Siri feels shallow and empty now.

+ WOW what a beautiful music video: The Digital Age’s rendition of “Break Every Chain.” A unique union of film and music featuring one of my favorite songs.
+ WOW what a redemptive blog: “The Scars are Lighthouses” by Jon Acuff via People of the Second Chance. Acuff is easily one of the most entertaining guys I follow online, and I love it when he gets vulnerable like this too. Our scars — they can really shine.
+ WOW what a comforting new song: “Just Be Held” from Casting Crowns’ latest album Thrive. On the heels of my recent “sad” post, it’s been such a comfort. Especially this chorus line: Your world’s not falling apart; it’s falling into place. I’m on My throne, stop ‘holding on’ and just be held.
How was yall’s week? Anything else WOW-tacular happen on the Web this week that I should be aware of?
