#RunningTo Week 15 in Review: Minneapolis, MN & Milwaukee, WI

HEY Y’ALL. I’m really excited, in case the CAPS startled you.

Week 15 of my cross-continent road trip has been such a memorable one. I mean, all of them are quite memorable. But this one in particular stands out among the rest. Great cities, amazing people, and some spectacular photos. I can’t wait to share some of my favorite moments with y’all!

SO I WILL.

Check out my journey to the Twin Cities (featuring some artsy opportunities at Minneapolis’s Sculpture Garden) and then my nostalgic road back to Milwaukee where I worked for YouthWorks three summers ago. I’ll be in Milwaukee until early next week, so I’m sure there will be more sweet Milwaukee moments to come.

But for now, enjoy these!

MILWAUKEE. Just getting started.

What artsy/touristy pictures have you taken when traveling? Ever been to the Mall of America? How did you make it out alive?

  • My grandpa lives 3 miles from the Mall of America, so I’ve been there a few times myself. And one of my brothers lives in Milwaukee. We were there last summer.

    • A special part of the country! Not sure about wintertime, but this season is gorgeous.

  • Andy

The bridge photo looks like an album cover.

  • Kirin!

Ugh it still kills me that you were literally on my campus the one time that I´m not there!!!! Still I am sooo glad that you went and that you got to explore Minneapolis!! And I love MOA!! I´ve been there a number of times now and still haven´t made it through the whole mal.

    • I literally walked laps around each floor at the MOA. It was great. So many random stores that shouldn’t even exist but because it’s the MOA they’re like, YEAH SURE WHY NOT.

Bummed you weren’t there to show me around your campus, but maybe I’ll wander back there someday soon!
